Tom joined Duncan Bailey Kennedy in 2017 from a global real estate advisory firm. He specialises in the industrial and logistics market, as well as advising on all aspects of commercial property agency, including both sales and lettings.
Tom's expertise extends to advising on investment and development sales and acquisitions, as well as property management matters. Tom's early career experience in property management, working on mixed-use buildings and estates in central London, provides him with a well rounded perspective.
Having grown up in the area, Tom has valuable knowledge of High Wycombe and the surrounding Home Counties. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his young family, running, and supporting Arsenal.
