Elliot joined Duncan Bailey-Kennedy in 2021 following his studies at Oxford Brookes University where he achieved an honours degree in Property Development and Planning. Elliot is currently working towards his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and assists Phillip Mawby and the professional team with valuation and landlord and tenant work. In addition he also works alongside Adrian Dolan and Jim Sheldon within the Commercial Agency team.
Elliot grew up and lives locally and has a good knowledge of the surrounding area. He is a keen football fan, supporting Chelsea and enjoys playing when he can. Outside of the office he also enjoys taking part in outdoor activities.
